Well from the planets to the Universe .. it's ever growing, and in fact it keeps getting bigger.
Now granted the One thing that needs to connect the worlds is in fact the one thing that connects Earth to the rest of the Solar System we live in
and that area, is in fact, space.
That's right Space. The real final frontier.
Imgine instead of taking a transporter from world to world, you actually fly there..
That's right you fly.. in space. You leave the planet you're on, and you head into the blackness of space. to an orbiting spacedock, and it's here when you can land in a mothership.
Yes a real live ship that is so huge, it makes the Enterprise and the Space Battleship Yamato look small in comparison.
And yes, that mothership has everything, A revival bay, a fighter bay, an engineering section, and even a pilot, co-pilot and navigation seat..
Oh and did I mention the gunners? Yep this isn't just a mothership that flies around in space, but a real warship that really shoots.. and what does it shoot? Any other ship that it gets in path..
And speaking of the enemy: There,'s going to be AI fighter craft shooting back.. and sometime it'll be other players.. in Short, you have just gone from being a fighter pilot on a planet, to a REAL Space jockey that will really seperate the wen and women from the boys and girls of the Universe..
Oh and did I mention the other dangers? Not only will you have to navigate the space and doge enemy ships but also space creatures that will try to destroy you..
But if you're lucky to survive the trip you will reach a new world.. and then disembark and land on the planet below you.
In short, Space.. will be the best thing to happen to the game, and already? I'm a trained astronaut. But to quote a real life astronaut, I have to say this.
No Bucks, means no Buck Rogers. Literally
so yeah Space will truly be the final frontier..literally.
and if the Uchuu Sanken Yamato shows up, well I'll be ready.. to go into a fire fight in my space VTOL.. armed to the teeth.. And then watch a real cowboy become what he's dreamt of ..
A Space Cowboy..
Yippee Ki Yay...

I like your posts, keep it up! I'm on Rocktropia. Name is Breme. I've seen you a few times. The changes on Rocktropia are very nice! I hope they keep up the work. It needs more story and deeper (possibly interlocking or combined) missions, imho. The missions and non-player talks give meaning to the world that wasn't there before.
The problem with Rocktropia back when I started (sept) is that it seemed so empty and starved. I'm not referring to any lack of players, I'm referring to the world! There were a lot of stripper and zombies, but I didn't know what exactly they were or why they were there or so forth. And they all seemed to be copies of one another. So I felt like the only reason they were there was for me to kill them for skill.
The only thing I'm wonderning is why am I killing "L10 Rocktropian" (to get green cassete for example) or "L3 Soulshaker" (for frankie). Why are they bad or why should I? Need more information I think that's in the missions or in the non-player talk windows. But I do think the chnages are really great.
I know a lot of players kill these things for the skill and for attribute gains or something like that and don't care about anything else. But I think the mission system and non-player talk windows make it a lot more interesting! That's why people play games because they like those things! If this is a change meant to bring us in that direction then I'm looking forward to see what comes later on. What's there now is light years better, but if they stop now they could miss the train!
I'm so amazed at how well Arkadia is doing, but I have a feeling that the feverish pace that people who're visiting it will die down in the future. I think it's just players visitng it because it's a new planet. Whether Arkadia did something new that's better than what's done elsewhere is something that only time will tell. Perhaps players are just bored with the same old Calypso they've always had. Maybe what Calypso needs is some new glasses and fresh paint. Lord knows that basing the entire interest of the game on new planets is not a sustainable model unless you like to throw money away!
